Shipping policy

We offer free shipping for any delivery in Singapore by SingPost. Meanwhile, for international shipping, we charge S$10 flat rate to Malaysia & Indonesia, S$30 flat rate to rest of the world.  Free shipping for the purchase above S$300.

Once we have received your order, the goods will be dispatched within a few working days.   You can track your order on the courier service website to see the status of delivery.  Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customers are responsible for all customs & duties associated with your own country. For detailed information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on all orders and must include the correct invoice for customs should they request this.

​If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or message.
