We offer free shipping for any delivery in Singapore. Meanwhile, for international shipping, we charge S$10 flat rate to Malaysia & Indonesia, S$30 flat rate to rest of the world.  With over S$300 order, free shipping applies to any country.

Once we have received your order, the goods will be dispatched within a few working days.   You can track your order on the courier service website to see the status of delivery.  Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customers are responsible for all customs & duties associated with your own country. For detailed information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. We are legally required to declare the full value paid on all orders and must include the correct invoice for customs should they request this.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or message. 


In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item (other than SALE items).  Please kindly send us an email to notify that you are returning the order and the reason of the return within two weeks from the time of the arrival of your order.  The return product must be unworn and has the hang-tag intact.  This also applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material.

Returned item can be exchanged to other item or store credit.  We do not give cash refund.
